A quick recap of Saturday's KingCo 4A Tournament results:

Redmond 3, Woodinville 2
- Adam Cline outdueled Marty Luchenbach in a complete game victory, as the Mustangs knocked off the Falcons, 3-2.  Cline allowed just three hits (all to Woodinville shortstop Shea Donlin, who had two doubles and a single) and struck out 5.  Offensively, the 'Stangs were led by Patrick McGrath (2-for-2, 2 RBI) and Brent Firth (solo home run in the 2nd inning).

Newport 8, Inglemoor 1
- Senior Aaron Sandefur saved his best game for the biggest stage, as he led Newport past the top-seeded Vikings, 8-1.  Sandefur allowed just 6 hits and a run in a complete game win, while also homering and driving in four at the plate.  Mason Paul chipped in with two RBI and Ioannis Kritsonis was 2-for-4 with a stolen base for the Knights, who advance to the KingCo semi-finals to take on Crest Division foe Redmond on Monday at 4:00 PM.  Inglemoor will face Northshore rival Woodinville in a loser-out game Monday afternoon at Inglemoor HS.

Issaquah 6, Ballard 1
- The Eagles became the third straight Crest division team to win on Saturday, as they scored three runs in the first and didn't look back in a 6-1 win over Ballard.  Brandon Mahovlich was the winning pitcher, allowing just an unearned run on 3 hits while striking out 9 Beavers in the contest.  Ethan Kalin was the offensive star for Issy, going 3-for-4 with a triple, home run, 3 RBI and 3 runs scored.  Ballard was led by Ben Welch, who was 2-for-3 on the afternoon.
