Newport 5, Inglemoor 0 - UW signee Jared Fisher was an infield single in the seventh away from perfection, leading the Knights to their third straight win, 5-0 over Inglemoor. Fisher needed just 81 pitches to cruise the distance, allowing just the one hit and no walks while racking up 10 punchouts. Senior Cole Wiper paced the offense, going 3-for-3 with a double and an RBI. Junior Billy Sahlinger added a home run to help Newport improve to 3-1 in KingCo play. Emmett Maki took the loss for the Vikings, whose record dropped to an even 3-3.
