Make-Up Tuesday

Skyline 0 @ Roosevelt 1 - Roosevelt ace Myles Gouveia outdueled Skyline's Diego Grateral for a Roughrider win. Gouveia went the full seven, striking out two, for the complete game shutout. Roosevelt plated their lone run in the first inning and that was all they needed to move their record to 3-0 in conference play. Skyline drops to 2-1.

Newport 2 @ Ballard 1 - Newport turned two hits into two runs which was just enough to sneak away with a victory over the Ballard Beavers. A pair of Newport sophomore hurlers, A.J. Block and Nick Rudholm, shut down the Beaver attack only allowing a first inning run. Newport is now 2-1 while Ballard sits at 1-2 in KingCo play.

Garfield 1 @ Issaquah 9 - The Issaquah Eagles pounded out 11 hits enroute to a decisive victory over the Garfield Bulldogs. Issaquah lefty, Ryan Peart, went the distance giving up only four hits. The Eagle bats of Mitchell Morimoto, Derek Chapman, and Gunnar Erickson paved the way as each had two hits. Issaquah earns its first conference win to go 1-2 and Garfield drops to 0-3.
